About The Role:

To strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ is searching for a Solution Cyber Security Leader for work in Group Automation and Digitalization (GAD) to secure solutions and deliveries. In this role, you will support the implementation of the ANDRITZ Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) across the group, as well as help develop and operate ANDRITZ’s global cybersecurity capabilities in application security.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and operating the OT solutions cybersecurity program
• Developing solutions cybersecurity evaluation and life-cycle management program
• Training and supporting the Cyber Security Product Experts (CSPE)
• Running solutions cybersecurity audits and PEN testing
• Monitoring solutions vulnerability and patch management processes
• Setting an example, by securing GAD solutions, for business area product groups to follow
• Supporting management of OT cybersecurity globally under CSMS in cooperation with the Director of Cybersecurity
• Supporting the implementation of ANDRITZ OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines
• Monitoring that all business area deliveries comply with ANDRITZ policies, contractual security obligations, and regulatory requirements
• Promoting cybersecurity in ANDRITZ through trainings, awareness sessions, and info events
• Managing and developing the global cybersecurity process using tools such as OTORIO Titan Compliance and Delivery Tracking
• Acting as cybersecurity incident owner
• Supporting global stakeholders (sales, procurement, quality, product groups, etc.) in fulfilling OT security policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluating and harmonizing global cybersecurity processes
• Developing and managing selected global capabilities as solution owner (e.g., OTORIO Titan, delivery tracking, Azure landing zone)
• Communicating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
• Reinforcing #1ANDRITZWay behaviors (Customer Focus, Ownership for Performance, Shared Commitment, Openness) as a role model for the team and organization
• Acting as deputy for the Director Cybersecurity during absences

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as programming or cybersecurity; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Experience in software application development and product life cycle management
• Proficient in application programming (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining software application products
• Familiarity with application continuous integration and continuous development (CI/CD) practices
• Knowledge of vulnerability and patch management, as well as application life cycle management
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity risks and related standards (e.g., IEC-62443, NIST)
• Experience working in a Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) to evaluate and mitigate application cybersecurity risks is an advantage
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk and information security risk management
• Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Strong documentation skills for both technical details and management decision support
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
