About The Role:

To strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ is searching for a Solution Cyber Security Leader for work in Group Automation and Digitalization (GAD) to secure solutions and deliveries. In this role, you will support the implementation of ANDRITZ Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Management System (CSMS) in ANDRITZ Group as well as developing and operating ANDRITZ global cybersecurity capabilities in application security.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and operating the OT solutions cybersecurity program
  • Developing solutions cybersecurity evaluation and life-cycle management program.
  • Training and supporting the Cyber Security Product Experts (CSPE)
  • Running solutions cybersecurity audits and PEN testing.
  • Monitoring solutions vulnerability and patch management processes.
  • Setting an example, by securing GAD solutions, for business area product groups to follow

• Supporting managing the OT cybersecurity globally under CSMS as agreed and co-operation with Director Cybersecurity
  • Supporting in the implementation of ANDRITZ OT cyber security policies, standards and guidelines.
  • Support on monitoring all business area deliveries are done according to ANDRITZ policies, contractual security obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Promoting cyber security in ANDRITZ by arranging trainings, awareness, and info sessions.
  • Managing and developing the global cyber security process (using tools such as OTORIO Titan Compliance and Delivery Tracking).
  • Working as cyber security incident owner

• Supporting global stakeholders (like sales, procurement, quality, product groups, etc.) to fulfill the ANDRITZ OT security policies, contractual security obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluating and harmonizing global cybersecurity processes.
  • Developing and running selected global capabilities as solution owner (such as OTORIO Titan, delivery tracking, Azure landing zone).

• Communicating and collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
• Reinforcing  #1ANDRITZWay behaviors (Customer Focus, Ownership for Performance, Shared Commitment, Openness) in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization 
• Assumes the responsibilities and tasks of the Director Cybersecurity when Director Cybersecurity is unavailable.
  • Working as deputy during holidays and sickness preventing Director Cybersecurity to work.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g. programming, security; Master's or Doctor's degree preferred.

• Knowledge cybersecurity risk and information security risk management.

• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity (IEC-62443) and information security standards (ISO 27001 ..).

• Practical knowledge of OT product development and product life cycle management.

• Architecture level experience of designing, deploying, and maintaining application products.

• Documentation skills on technical aspects and for supporting management decision making.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Experience in application security (3–5 years), programming (1–3 years), and OT environments
