To strengthen our organization, ANDRITZ is searching for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of CPQ solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of CPQ solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service.

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of CPQ processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
• Provide guidance and support to junior product owners and other team members.
• Monitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions to improve and optimize CPQ solutions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Take over budget responsibility for CPQ projects after the onboarding phase.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management (focus on CPQ solutions is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Product owner/manager certificate is advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CPQ software and platforms.
• Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working as a software developer is an advantage.
• Understanding of CPQ processes and best practices is a plus
