We're looking for a Service Owner, Cloud & Data Center to shape and evolve the cloud and infrastructure services that support our global business.

Working across international teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners, you'll help create resilient, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

What you'll do

• Own the full lifecycle of Cloud & Data Center services, from strategy and design to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Define and drive the service roadmap aligned with business needs and IT strategy.

• Ensure reliable, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient service delivery.

• Lead infrastructure transformation initiatives, migrations, and service improvement projects.

• Coordinate priorities across delivery teams, vendors, and service partners.

• Monitor service performance and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.

• Manage budgets, resources, service documentation, and operational governance.

• Collaborate with security, service management, and regional IT teams to ensure global alignment.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience managing Cloud & Data Center services in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience working with modern data center technologies and infrastructure operations.

• Understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.

• Proven experience managing vendors, service providers, and contractual relationships.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and reliable technology services.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and service excellence.
