About the role:
Own the complete lifecycle of Cloud & Data Center services, from strategy and design to operation and continuous improvement.
Define and drive the service roadmap in alignment with the Head of Secure Infrastructure and Operations and the overall ANDRITZ IT strategy.
Ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective service delivery while meeting SLAs, regulatory requirements, and business expectations.
Lead and coordinate service-related projects, migrations, and change initiatives, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery.
Coordinate the Execution Delivery Team by setting priorities, assigning work packages, projects, and service requests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, service providers, and vendors, managing contracts and service performance.
Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and key performance indicators, driving continuous service improvements.
Manage service budgets, costs, quality, and timelines while ensuring efficient use of resources.
Maintain service documentation, standards, procedures, service catalogs, and operational guidelines.
Work closely with security, service management, and regional IT teams to ensure secure, compliant, and standardized service operations.
About you:
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Have at least 5 years of experience managing Cloud & Data Center services, including service delivery, operations, vendor management, and SLA-driven environments.
Have strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as datacenter infrastructure.
Are familiar with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks.
Have experience managing vendors, contracts, and service providers.
Possess strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Communicate confidently with both technical and business stakeholders in an international environment.
Work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused team.
Are able to prioritize multiple initiatives while maintaining high quality under tight deadlines.
